After 10 years in Florida, my company is transferring me to Colorado. I will truly miss Cory Fairbanks Mazda. I've been very happy with the three cars I got from you, the excellent service, fairness, rock-bottom prices and good advice. Each car has been special to me, and each professional I've encountered excellent.

 

Until you become a customer of Cory Fairbanks Mazda, you don't know how great it is to be able to trust the people you deal with in both sales and service. Although many people have helped me over the years, the real standouts in my mind are your Finance Director Debbie Greene and Brian Kelso in service. To your potential customers, I would say you can't beat Cory Fairbanks Mazda for fairness, quality and good customer service. I'm sure it takes a lot of hard work and dedication to run a business this well, so thank you.

 

I would recommend Corey Fairbanks to anyone looking for a new or used car, you can't do better in Central Florida, or anywhere else for that matter. I hope to return to Florida someday and when I do I'll be back through your front door.

I wanted to take the time to compliment you on your Dealership and your team that you have working for you.  It was a pleasure buying my 4th car from your Dealership.  The reason for the email this time compared  to other times is because of the exceptional service that I have received from Yousef in Finance.  He was a pleasure to work with purchasing this car.  My previous experience with finance were with John and he didn't give me the "warm fuzzies" about my purchase.  He would say things like, "Don't drink a few soda's and you can afford the extra money" which wasn't professional.  Yousef didn't do this he did what he could to get the best rates and terms for the loan.  He explained how things were broken down in the purchase and what we could do as the consumer to get the payment where we wanted.  He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy when we left the dealership.  Please extend my thanks to Yousef again for his assistance. 

 

I would also like to compliment your sales team on a awesome job as well.  Willie and the guys did everything they could to help me out as the consumer.  I had purchased one car from you and wasn't happy with it, so Willie went out of his way to get me into the car that I wanted at a price that was reasonable.  I also would like to compliment Dave Halstead in Service.  Bernie used to be my service guy for my old RX8, I never liked to call for service because I always felt like I was inconveniencing Bernie to have my car worked on.  This is the complete opposite with Dave.  Dave has brought me back to the service department at Corey Fairbanks Mazda.  He took the time to go over everything that was done to the car and even gave me information about things that would need to be done in the future.  I look forward to working with Dave in the future when my car needs servicing. 

 

Thank you for taking the time to read this email.  I look forward to purchasing my next car from your dealership. A colleague of mine recently asked me about my new RX-8 R3 and was so impressed with my story, he has decided to contact Cory Fairbanks Mazda to upgrade his RX-8 to a new RX-8 R3

 On Saturday October 10th, 2009 after going to several different dealerships, my mother and I purchased a car from your dealership. We were so pleased with the service we received from your sales representative Zee Saidi, your finance director Brian Tokarczyk and your General Sales Manager Willie Wright. Zee never put any pressure on us to buy a car, but he was adamant about getting us the car that we were satisfied with thus not going home without anything. Willie Wright did everything he could to make the car we wanted affordable. Bryan Tokarczyk is a very knowledgeable finance director and every route he knew to find us the payments we could afford.

 You and Mr. Yeomans can be very pleased with these three gentleman's performance because they are a great asset to your dealership. In the future we will always make certian to put ourselves into a Mazda from Cory Fairbanks Mazda.

  I wanted to extend my deepest appreciation to Fairbanks Mazda and its employees. I have been doing business with your dealership for many years and have bought  3 cars. It is a pleasure doing business every time and I am always completely satisfied with the service you have to offer.

  Recently, I had an issue with my 2009 Mazda 6. I was in a bind between the warranty and problems that were occurring with my car. Brian, with customer service and especially John Sacco "Service Manager" helped me throughout this ordeal and showed their eagerness to work with me to solve the problem. We purchased a 2010 Mazda 3 from Rob Mantia; we think he was a fantastic salesman! Very friendly and he answered every question we had. We purchased last Thursday,12/10/2009. Michael Walsh was the first person that responded to my email by calling me back. We decided to come in Thursday, Michael was leaving for the day and referred us to Rob. The Finance Director was very pleasant also. It was nice to tell a salesperson what you are looking for and what kind of payment you want and it happens in minutes. You really don't find that very often at any dealership. We thank Rob and the Finance Director for everything. Jeremy is very pleased with his Mazda 3!

This will be he third car purchase from Cory Fairbanks Mazda, My 2005 MX 5 mazdaspeed, Our 2008 Mazda 3, and now this the 2010 Mazda 3 hatchback.

We live in Palm Bay Fl, which is a bit of a distance to travel to purchase a car. But in our experience we have found that the people at Cory Fairbanks work the hardest to give the customer the best deal possible We probably will not buy another new car in the foreseeable future. 
But in the event we decide to and we see something from Mazda we like, Cory Fairbanks would be the dealership of choice for us despite the distance.
